I graduated from high school in and headed off to college where I was a History and Political Science double major.
On the career path to work at the Smithsonian, I realized I could work with college students to help them be successful. I ended up deciding to continue my education and went on to graduate school for Leadership in Higher Education.
Returning home after graduation, I became involved in the community but not too long after returning home I accepted a position in New York City. After living and working in NYC I returned home at the end of August 2014.
Returning to the area, I decided to start forming more permanent roots. I began to work with various organizations in the county.
She also has a food blog, Eating in Ashtabula, with her brother Tyler.
Kari is currently the Assistant Director of Admissions at Grand River Academy.
You can generally find her around with a coffee in hand or at a local winery.
